Clean park, great location. Friendly staff! Our favorite place to stop over on long trips along Interstate 5.

Stopped for 1 night. For a park with many somewhat permanent residents I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, tidy and quiet this place is. We were in site #1 which had a nice grassy garden area and right across from the off leash pet area. The pads are all paved and pretty level. Although it's so close to the interstate we didn't hear the road noise. Would definitely stay here again.

I was given a paved pull- thru site (#7) that my 42' 5th wheel got in/out of real easy. I had a FHU site with good cable TV and open if I wanted to use my dish. Wi-fi worked well and the laundry and store was right next to my site. The park is just a short walk to the mall and a Super Walmart's and Safeway is close to the park. Park is clean and the staff is friendly. Would stop here again.

A medical situation put us in need of finding a spot near to medical professionals for 6 to 8 weeks. We are full-timers with plans of traveling to Alaska this summer. So much for plans. The search for a suitable plan B site was a bit daunting in light of the short notice and time of year. Portland-Woodburn found us a site that we could use for up to Oct 1st. This was a great relief however we were not sure what to expect. We took a leap of faith and are so glad we did. We parked our 38' 5th wheel in a FHU site which provided ample space for our RV and truck plus room for our outdoor furniture and BBQ. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities and park is clean, the other guest we met were friendly and mindful of the other guests. WI-FI and Cable worked better than most parks, with flowers, trees and a pool as an added bonus. While there is a bit of road noise from the nearby freeway it did not disturb us at all and the outlet mall and Starbucks next door was a nice perk. We have been cleared to travel the country and will be pulling out at the end of August. Should we be back in this area again we would certainly return and would highly recommend this RV Park to anyone traveling in the area.

| Very clean, quiet park!

We had a great experience at the Woodburn RV park. Very quiet and impressively clean park. The grounds are meticulously maintained full time by a diligent and hardworking crew. Ample space between spots. Good hookups (15/30/50 Amp) and ~55 psi water pressure on your choice of city or well water. Cable with clear picture. Wifi is Not bad for an RV park, but nothing to write home about. They do have 4 different routers, so signal is fairly consistent park-wide. We were averaging about 1.5 Mbps download speeds, so web browsing is fine, but don't plan on streaming any video. Conveniently located to I-5 or Highway 99, and a private security coded gate entrance to one of the nicest outlet malls we've been to. Office staff is professional, and they even have a small store with food and essentials. We will stay there again whenever we are in the area without hesitation.

We were lucky to get almost the last spot at this RV after a long driving day. We are from Canada and are BCAA members so we received some discount, paid $48.xx. There was sandwich dinner at the recreation room that night and we were invited. Good food with great people. All facilities were neat and clean , love it.

Clean park, very close to neighbors. No fitness room. The WiFi is very spotty many times no internet available. Dead zone for cell service. I5 noise a constant.
