Nice, level grass sites, right on the water for fishing, But there is electric hookups for 30 amp, No water or sewer (at the sites), and no Wi-Fi. My 2 biggest complaints are that it's right across from the railroad tracks, with lots of trains going by, and the electric look up pylons are in the wrong place; they are at the front of the sites, not the back where they belong.My cord barely reached, even though I was pulled all the way forward in the site.
