Reviews for Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon

| Clean and we'll maintained.

Just completed 14 days at Premier. It's well positioned on the Central Oregon Coast with nice amenities. The sites are very tight (We have a 38' fifth wheel), with little to no noise barriers between sites and the water pressure left a lot to be desired.

| 50amp??

By user-5232252... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-09-15 to 2016-09-17

I've been a Premier Park camper for some years until now. I made a reservation for a 50amp site for our 38foot Motorhome for 14nights. We got here yesterday to 30amps. and to a site so tight our slide pushed a soft tree aside. ("Oh,you're ok,the tree is soft!") I hope our awning is intact. This "resort" can't afford to have all sites be 30/50amp? I'd rather they had told me they were booked. Sad news is, the Eugene park has also gone downhill. The Salem one is pleasant if you don't leave the park after dark. We will not return to their properties. They are not worth the discounted rate. (They aren't all that)We leave tomorrow for a Devils Lake RV park. Long and wide 50 amp.,facing the lake, and a better deal.Guaranteed

Pros were nice landscaping and a convenient location. Cons were narrow sites that made it very difficult for us to open opposing slides and Internet that was finicky to use. The restaurant at Spanish Head, immediately across the road, is a huge plus. We had a great breakfast there.

| Great fourth of July

We stayed a week over the 4th. They had a local group play at a watermelon fest, great way to meet others in resort. The staff was super and had great recommendations on things in the area. We will start here again next time we do the coast.

| Actually a very nice place, and the staff are awesome!

Typically, I would give this a 4 star rating, due to the previously mentioned issues, but we got here prior to July 4th and these guys went ALL OUT and had live bands playing, and the guys and gals that work here are GREAT help! The beach is down a pretty good flight of stairs, and across Hwy 101, which can get pretty congested, but if you go north on the sidewalk about 100 yds, there is a tunnel under the road at Spanish Head Inn, and you can walk down to the beach after crossing there. The beach here is phenomenal!!!

| Nice and clean

Very friendly staff. Helpful and kind. Club house clean and office with gift / supplies very nice. Only neg. Us the was was not functional. Close to beaches, restaurant, antiques. Far enough away from the built up town area so it removed from the traffic and McDonald's type of business. It is about 1 mile to decent beach access. A little pricey considering no spa.

| Great park!

We have stayed here a couple of times. One of the nicest, clean and well maintained parks in the area. But just like many of the Premier Resorts, space is a challenge getting in and out of spaces. With trees encroaching the spaces and other camper vehicles parked on the side of the road, maneuvering a big fifth wheel into and out of the sites is a real challenge, especially on the upper tier. Took us a good 15 minutes trying to get into the site and maneuver around vehicles, making sure there was room for our slides with the trees and utilities. Otherwise, one of our favorites.

| Great last minute stop.

We had been staying down the road at another place and decided to extend our weekend. We were lucky enough to get a spot up top and loved it! Every staff member had a smile and were very helpful, they have a nice hot tub in the main club house (indoor). When we were there they had a craft type fair and people staying there could bring their hand made items to sell. Happy hour at the community campfire and excellent laundry facilities. The kicker, we woke up to a newspaper on our doorstep! I was told if you run out of propane all you have to do is set your tank out and they ll come by and pick it up for a fill and bring it back to you! Great experience, we ll be back!

| Traffic noise from hwy 101 24 hours

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-07-11 to 2019-07-16

We were excited to stay here from the website and pictures. However the traffic noise 24 hours a day from 101 is not conducive to sleeping. We were assigned a space in the area right next to 101 so the traffic noise is loud and is all night. I woke at 3:30 this morning to use the restroom and never got back to sleep. Also the sites are super close together , are mainly cement with the smallest picnic table and patch of grass I have ever seen. Except for hook ups, it is pretty much like spending night in a parking lot with a lot of road noise. Definitely not worth the price charged. There are other rv sites further back that are probably quieter and at least have some trees and greenery. Not sure how you get one of them. The hot tub is down and from comments has been for quite a long time. The grounds are clean as are the bathrooms, showers, laundry room.
