Internet too weak! Sites slanted and very soft. No beach--only mud!
A common complaint about this place had been bad management. That has changed. A new couple has taken over the place and they are wonderful. Very pet-friendly. The view is great and the little town of Port St. Joe is fun, with great seafood restaurants. It's a BAYfront property, not a BEACHfront property so I'm not sure why the other reviewer was confused. Anyway, I'll be back.
Level, gravel sites. Fabulous location. Decided to pay extra for waterfront and it was worth it! Nice pool. Not a fisherman, but lotz of people were using the boat ramp. Very peaceful and quiet.
Newly renovated park with new electric, water and sewer systems. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be going back.
Nice rv park for fishermen. Pool is clean and nice. There is no beach and no sand. Went in bath house once and it was clean. Camping spots were level and hard packed gravel. Great WiFi spot 16 and 14.
Stayed 1 night. Water front park with very new facilities and good wifi.
Stayed here for five days and enjoyed the area. This area is on the comeback and going to be better then ever
I stayed at Presnell's on 6-5-19 for one night. I should have planned on more after staying there. Nice campground, right on the bay. Their recovery since the hurricane is truly amazing seeing all of the damage still in evidence all around them. A previous report of fish in the pool is now outdated. The pool was very nice and missing any fish. I will definitely stay again when in this area. I was camped in a 38' fifth wheel.
