Don't. Be lured in by the view they were the greedy owners didn't want to give monthly spot when all the sites weren't any better than the weekly made no sense .expensive for not even having cable kinda run down needed lots of maintaining
The title says it all $46.00 a night + $3.25 for wifi very narrow roads you are not even allowed to tow a vehicle because of the narrow roads & my 35 foot motor home got hit in front of the office when I was checking in I didn't notice it until the next morning when I was hooking up my toad
Sketchy and seedy. Narrow, dirt roads with pot holes. Under main bridge so have to contend with traffic to go anywhere. It is waterfront and within walking distance to aquarium, battleship, and North Beach (if you enjoy walking) but that is only positives. Sites are pull thru but not large enough for tow vehicle. Do yourself a favor and skip this one-check out Aransas Pass.
This place is a total dump. Aside from being a ghetto park, it s a haven for sketchy people. So much thievery of anything not nailed down. Also check what they charge. You ll find some interesting and questionable fees. Never again.
