Loved the pool and cought many fish

Nice concrete pad. Easy pull thru. Nice people. Close to busy and loud interstate.
We were passing through and saw this place on our campground app. We booked a spot and will never again. It was after hours when we arrived to find our info posted on board. We pulled up to find our camping spot under water and mud. There is a lot of permanent construction workers living here and some shady ones at that. We pulled right on back out. So far no refund but they are suppose to give money back once they are back in office next week.
First of all, no one mans the office. You call and they tell you to find a spot. Second, they are $40 with a Good Sam's membership and a $3 credit or debit card fee. Cable didn't work and if by chance it rains, the place isn't pet friendly because it's a swamp afterwards. Every time I walked my dogs they had to be toweled down. Nothing to do and only one person spoke to me. Several one nighters arrived but everyone stayed inside. There is an Outdoor World not far away.
I have been here a long time and this park has made some great changes the owner is involved in the RV park and had cleaned this place up! Must say I have moved heat from another camp ground and will not be leaving this park

Right off I-12, a stones throw from Camping World. Very clean, nice people, concrete pads, wifi. We'll come back here again.
We made reservations on the road Friday around 3 pm. They said they had a perfect spot for us. So we arrived after 5pm and our pass and spot was posted on a cork board. We get to our spot to find it muddy and full of water. And they had to know about it do to there was small boards cut to walk on. Also when arriving there are a lot of people that live there that is junky and 2 people that I would want background checks on. Lol. Best part it was $80 for 2 nights. This type of park is usually 20-30 max a night. So we pulled back out and contacted the lady back. The lady stated they would issue me credit on Monday. Well Thursday came and nothing shown on credit. I contacted them back and was told yes I would get credit back as soon as I hung up. Well 2 weeks later after no return calls, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is poor management skills and poor customer service. I never leave bad reviews but had to in hopes someone else would know ahead of time and management would treat others better. Hopefully one day it is back up to that 5 star service we use to receive.
Just move here and will not be leaving. I live in a cottage in the frount and love all the people!
Lot of people living here, some in rundown RV’s, but they are located away from the daily rental sites. Apparently they operate like a mobile home park because there is a large sign on the door that says there will be a $50 charge if rent is not paid by the 1st of the month. Lots of mud and ruts in the road. Most sites are in grassy area. A few pull through concrete sites near the office. They have been remodeling the women’s shower/restroom with tile and it will really be nice when it’s finished. The park is located next to I-12 but there is a relatively short drive to get there. No cable. OVERNIGHT FEE IS WAY OVERPRICED AT $45 PER NIGHT! They surely just meet the bare minimum requirements to be considered a Good Sam park.

Very over priced!!!!! Has a lot of full time workers staying there. They are loud, drunk, and very rude. Cops were called out twice for disturbance and domestic problems. After all that action we packed up and left. The manager would not give us our money back so we had to dispute it with the credit card company. We stayed here 2 years back and the park was nice. I dont know what caused them to change so much but we will never be back again.
