| Quite and pretty!

We stopped at the rest area to dump, but ended up staying the night! The camp ground hosts are so nice and helpful! Really a restful stop!!

| Very nice campground!

This is a large Forest Service Campground with two loops of camping on the north side of I-90 and one loop on the south. You access them by exiting at the rest areas at exit 58 on I-90. The campgrounds are connected by a tunnel under I-90 so if you don't like the loop on the side of I-90 you exited, you can go to the other. We stayed on loop A (north side) which had many large drive-thru sites. There are water spigots scattered throughout the loops and each loop has a few vault toilets. There is also a nice bathroom with running water, soap, towels and flush toilets just into loop C (north side of I-90). There is also a Pump out available on each side. There is a nice Interpretive trail that starts near campsite C14 and winds near the river and ends up near the tunnel to the south campsites (loop E). The sites all seem quite level and pads and drive-thrus are paved. Lots of trees - lovely spot. Only negative is the traffic noise from I-90 which is not adjacent but nearby. I still give it a 5 star since it costs $10 or $5 with a senior pass.
