I'm giving this park two stars because it did provide what I needed for one night. We went to a wedding venue less than a mile away. I needed somewhere to park the RV close by so I could run Grandpa to the RV when he got tired. Most of this park is dedicated to long term residents. And I do mean long term. Most of the RVs have not moved in years. Trash and junk everywhere. It seems anything goes. Old tires and washing machines sit outside. Our spot was on dirt but was fairly level. The electric was the proper voltage. Our spot hadn't been mowed in quite some time. Needed a weed eater to get to sewer outlet. People were friendly but would not stay here again.
