Nice place. Enough room for my 40 ft with 4 slides. Couple miles from beach.
It was very clean and well maintained. Sites were on clean gravel. Very adequate space between each spot. Great dog run!! Nice and grassy. Convenient to Morro Bay town and Cayucas. Great cable and WiFi. We stayed two nights and very quiet. Lots of motorhomes are permanent but well kept by owners. I would recommend this park. The only reason that I don't give 5 stars is I like to be in a rural woodsy park.
Made reservations, called the morning of our arrival to confirm, and let them know we would be late arrival around 9-10 p.m. When we arrived someone had parked in our assigned site, we went to the office looked at the other late arrivals and went to a spot that was open and not reserved. Checked in the next morning at the office, the lady in the office was sorry, but made it all right though it wasn't a really big deal. The park was quiet lots of long term residents along with the mobile home park. But was clean, the gameroom is very worn and rundown, the bathrooms were clean and not bad. Really liked it and still be back
