Reviews for Rayford Crossing RV Resort

| The Boulders got us..

By user-5780063... on 2017-10-23.

The copilot was driving behind me and in the dark, turned the corner and ran aground. Called me and thought the truck broke because couldn't go forward any more. Was able to back off the boulders and all was OK. I guess the rocks protect the park at the expense of the RV. Other than that this is a wonderful place. And knowing more about driving on boulders my copilot won't make that mistake again.

| Very Pleasant Stay

It is a very friendly, very well maintained rv park. I would recommend it. The only issue is the TERRIBLE Wifi reception.

I have been traveling all over giving out my Costa Rican license and address. I've had no problems until this place. They refused to register me at all. It seemed like a nice place.

| ugh... boulders

WHY must they place boulders instead of adding hardscape to a tight turn. 45' MH and we did not hit the boulder but it would be very possible to. also watch the ruts and drop offs on the access road coming into the park from the main road. again we managed fine but if you were tired and driving after dark you could make a big booboo. New Years Eve LOUD fireworks ALL night long. not in the park bc they don't allow them but close enough to be annoying and scare our pets.

| Our First Stay

We stayed here for two nights on our "Maiden Voyage" in our Class A Pace Arrow. I couldn't want a better park. I recommend it to anyone!

| So Serene - Highly Recommended

Unfortunately this was just a one night stay for us. Everyone was friendly, the grounds and spaces were very clean. Not just a picnic table, but a glass patio table on site. We enjoyed the covered spa and even a night time dip in the beautiful pool. Palapa covered tables surround the pool. Though we didn't use them, there was a laundry facility, pool table, library, fitness center and outdoor shuffleboard. Wish we could've stayed longer!

| Awesome!

By user-5637111... on 2017-10-23.

At Rayford we're 1 big family. It's super clean, kid friendly, amenities are great and the staff goes out of their way to be of help. They've saved me and my family many, many times. I've never stayed at a true RESORT but this is definitely a REAL resort. It's not your typical dirty, swampy and or beachy park. I will, and have, re recommended it numerous times. Now I recommend it to you. You won't regret it. Oh and the RVers are awesome people too; I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

| Definitely a resort

By user-5278725... on 2017-10-23.

Wouldn't know you were near the city. Resort amenities with nice pool, hot tub, gym, and activities such as daily yoga, weekly gatherings, etc. Lots of long-termers with high end DPs and 5th-wheels; first couple I spoke with after pulling in had been there 3-yrs. I stayed only one night in early December to visit friends in the area, but will stay again next year. $53/night with Good Sam discount (otherwise $59), but worth it considering amenities. Call ahead for reservations - they were sold out the following week for a nearby rally.

| Best resort ever

Super Campground, très propre. Le personnel est très sympathique, piscine et jaccuzzi parfait. Plusieurs jeux gratuits à disposition. Des animaux partout, notre fille a adoré et nous aussi. Si nous repassons par là, nous reviendrons ici.

| Beautiful Resort!

We really enjoyed a one night stay here. The people at the front desk were professional and courteous and took us to our pull-through. The streets are wide and the lots are level with long concrete pads. The pool area is beautiful and the store has more than your normal snacks and sodas. There's a "camp" deer who has become very tame (maybe ultimately a bad thing for him), but he will come up and let you pet him. I don't understand the comments about the boulders below - perhaps the park has moved them, but I didn't see any near where one should be driving.....

We moved here in December and love it. The staff and amenities are great. Very dog friendly, lots of events to meet others. I highly recommend staying here, it s convenient to everything but you feel like your out in the country.
