This is a small, family-owned park on the outskirts of town. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and willing to help any way they can. There is only one bathroom for men and one for women. New laundry equipment. Older park but well cared for. The lots were FHU, level and gravel. There was a doggie walk for pets. Quiet and surrounded by fields. There are a couple of long term campers but all seemed friendly. Unfortunately, Roswell is surrounded by dairy and beef farms so flies are a big nusiance..and unavoidable. If you are visiting Roswell this is worth your stay.
This is a small RV park but the owners are so nice and the park so quiet and nice you should not pass this by! Beautiful setting with alfalfa fields right behind. Quiet, lots of birds and an occasional horse whinny. Great office/book exchange/ rec room/ laundry. So glad we stayed here on our 3 day trip to Roswell. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a beautiful park with a gracious hostess. It was very green and peaceful. We were in a spot that had a big green field behind it, just beautiful! Very well maintained. It is a very small park so call ahead. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice, pleasant, cute RV Park with green grass, landscaping, level gravel sites, clean bathroom and shower, laundry. Owners are very accommodating and ready to help with any need. Has a game room with snacks and ice and book exchange, movies and magazines. We've extended our stay as we are close to other activities such as White Sands. Very comfortable here.
What can I say? This is an awesome little park. Very small so I suggest calling ahead for reservations. But the quality is Excellent. The owner is so very nice and accommodating. Great to deal with. The place is very clean and the grounds are so cute. Even has grass and trees. The clubhouse area has little snacks and games, books, movies. The Wi-Fi worked great. I can't think of a single complaint. We actually extended our stay an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. We paid $27 a night for 30amp FHU (which was cheaper than the state parks after we paid the $10 extra vehicle fee with more amenities). I would definitely stay again if I were in the area. Great place to explore Roswell from!
Very Small park. The people were nice and accommodating. Check out time is 11am but the staff allowed us to keep our Rv a little longer (11:45am) in the space since the space we were renting wasn't already renting out. She didn't charge is us extra and the extra time allowed us to visit the UFO museum. Shower and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Lounge area was spacious with a tv sitting area. The park had books and DVD you could borrow. The management had magazines you could take with you if you were traveling. Concession area in the club house on the honor system. Will return to this park if in the area again. I recommend making reservations as the park is small with limited pull through spaces
We stayed a few nights here. It was a great stay, the park is small and intimate with great amenities. The owners were on hand to check us in and out plus providing great information about the area. We had a great time. Thank you Liegh.
Was surprised when we got here how small it was. Got a pull thru spot though. Lee is very friendly and helpful. You can rent a cable box for TV if you want. Only one washer and dryer. Very nice bathroom with shower. Should call ahead to get a space. Will definitely stay again.
We thought this was the best RV park in Roswell. And loved the owner.
We stayed here 4 nights in the corner site with lots of shade. Was still able to get satellite TV. The place is small (13 spots) but they are well spaced. All but 2 of the sites are back-in, but there is still plenty of room for your big rig and toad. Sites are gravel with grass between sites. The park is very well maintained and the location is quite and away from the city traffic. Lee (the owner) is so sweet. She takes care of you and goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. The park is busy so it would be better to call Lee and make a phone reservation. Bathrooms and laundry are very spacious and very clean. So don't pass up this place. It is the best in Roswell. If we ever come this way again, we will for sure be calling Lee to make reservations again. I give the park 5 out of 5 stars. If we were going to be staying all summer, this is the place I would want to be at. Senior discount was great!

We stayed 2 nights on 8/22/18 - 8/24/18. In my short time of RVing this is for sure one of the best places we have stayed. The park is clean and quite with level spaces. The staff made us feel so welcome and very helpful with local attractions. A nice common room with games and drinks, Tv, great wifi in the park. The spaces are level and gravel with a table. Did I mention it is very quite. Would definitely stay again with the great pricing, I give the host a big "Well done."
Very friendly and accommodating. The owner is a real sweetheart. This park is very small so call ahead. We stayed in our 45' motorhome with a tow and had no issues. The park is very well cared for and close to a lot of the attractions in Roswell. Will stop again when in the area.
What a nice little park! Not many sites but very clean and charming. The owner/manager is a delightful person and will gladly tell you about local sights that are worthwhile. Good price,highly recommended.
Lovely small park, thirteen spaces and two pull through. Shaded and a nice area out back for walking your dog off leash. It has a new washer and dryer at only $1.50 a cycle. The restrooms are large and clean. The common area in the office is honor system for snacks and has a tv, books, magazines and games for use. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I would definately recommend this place. Only 2.5 miles from town.
Great place to stay. We were only there for one night, but had to do washing so really used everything they offered. The common room was big and had three 'sections' (TV lounge area, low table area and tall table area), with games, dvds and a book exchange. The washer and drier were only a $1.50 per load and only took 30mins each. The bathrooms weren't dirty but could have been cleaner (dust, dirty, hair etc on the floor), but there was nothing major dirty abput them. The park was very quiet and easy for our 25foot RV to maneuver around. Would stay here again.
Great little spot with clean, welcoming amenities, strong WiFi and caring owners. The setup is great, with some pull throughs. Lovely land, neighboring a farm. Quiet, beautiful, and the owners are so friendly! 2.4 miles from the center of town.
Terrific little RV park off of 380. Friendly helpful staff, full hookups, dog area with an adjacent field. Level sites, very reasonable rates! Excellent WIFI. Small but new laundry room. Minutes from downtown Roswell, but far enough out to be quiet. Highly recommend!

What a great little Gem. Our 4 day stay was just great. Nice big tree's. The spaces were a little tight, big rigs might have issues but for our 28' TT is was just fine. All sites are back-in and there are only 10 sites or so. The facilities were all very clean and operational. The owner was very accommodating, helpful and full of good information on Roswell and the surrounding area.
