| Ok park
Stayed here for 5 dsys in Aug. 2017, sites are close together but I've seen worse. it was ok to get into our pull through site with our 38' toy-hauler. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Showers were clean but small, I have mobility issues and had a hard time with them. Pool was heated, kids loved it.
| Overpriced
The rates here are overpriced for what you get. The owners are pretty tight and charge for everything. The slots are stacked up very close with zero privacy. I would much rather go up the road and boondock.
| Very unkempt
Sent to one of many disheveled and uneven sites and we finally found on our own one viable site where our view was of forgotten construction. I was extremely tired, upset at the lack of care towards a vip koa customer and I ended up very sick from stress. Do yourself a favor and stay at Perrys, the are On The River
