Very nice park. Some traffic noise but very tolerable. A few trees makes it seem fairy secluded. Level gravel sites and blacktop roads. Nice laundry and clean facilities. Will definitely stay again.
Every park has its up sides and its down sides. Let's start with the down sides. Down side: There is no cable tv. Wifi is available at $1/day. Trees are not plentiful. Up side: Mgmt is friendly and workable. Maintenance guys are helpful. Nice new laundry. Showers plentiful. Water feel like soft water although I would think that would be difficult for an RV park. Picnic tables. Not rocky. Paved roads. Nice size lots. Pool. Videos and books available. Dog relief area. Local Sheriff patrols regularly. Regular grounds maintenance. Gazebo. Out in the middle of nowhere. Three miles to Winstar. Shopping: Ten miles south to Gainesville, TX WalMart, Dollar General, etc. Ten miles north to Marietta, OK Homeland Foods, Dollar General Thirty miles north to Ardmore OK A little more shopping options. Nothing is 5 min away.
Older park in a small town, so it’s got some older park quirks. However, the sites are very level, they are gravel with nice grass around them and picnic tables. Pool, laundry, shower house and clubhouse. The shower house was hot enough to do hot yoga in, and had kind of a creepy, dirty, old vibe and smelled a little like sewage. Great WiFi, though! Some of the best I’ve ever had without a booster. They have a section of long term residents that is cutely decorated and even have some lights in the trees at night. A lot of trees appear to have died, so there’s not much shade. There are a lot of stickers, so watch out! Not bad for a $20 Passport America fee, but I wouldn’t pay the $40 listed price.
