The park is immaculate with modern restrooms and showers. We chose it because it was away from I-5 enough to be quiet but close enough to get back to the freeway easily. It is in a nice setting along a creek. I was quite surprised that they did not provide recycling. The wifi has limited band width so it's slow. For some reason, our site could not get the cable TV to work. They sent someone out right away to look at it, but it could not be resolved at that time. Otherwise it is a nice RV Park.

| Very nice park

This park is very nice. There were a lot of full timers there, but perhaps they were snowbirds. The bathrooms are fab, as is the store and the meeting room. Wifi wasn't slow for us. There was NO recycling containers! Don't bother with their on line reservations; you won't hear back from them. Walking the dogs was a pleasure around both parts of the grounds. $50 for a pull through, which includes a delivered newspaper, donuts and coffee, and very nice staff.

The greater Redding area has 3 parks that meet our standards. Premier is the closest to family, so it is our park of choice. Called ahead on a Wednesday for a week's reservation - pay for 6, stay for 7 - and got the last site available. We always stay in the newer pull-thru's simply because the landscaping is new enough to not interfere with satellite TV. These crowned sites are large, level concrete pads with gravel entrances & exits. There's grass between the sites and paver patios with a very nice picnic table that is easily repositioned. The setting afternoon sun allows for shade on the curb side. A free newspaper is provided every day except Sunday. If satellite interference is not an issue, the original portion of the park offers good shade in anticipation of the very hot Redding summers at most sites. Plenty of over the air channels are available. And the Internet has dramatically improved and is now just great!

Nice park. We got in on a holiday so self registered - never got restroom codes. Wifi iffy. $44 for smaller spot

Beautiful Park. Be sure to enter by exit 680! Do not follow your GPS. WiFi connects fast but couldn’t receive or transfer any data over internet. Not near enough bandwidth. Receiving local paper every morning was a nice touch. Nice concrete pads.

Do not stay here... everything was nasty about this park.. site, grounds, surrounding.. staff was nice, but could not make up for disgusting park... my dogs even hated the park!!! This is more like mobile home park with stuff around every site.

This park is clean and nice. We looked at Redding rv park across the hwy Premier is better. We stayed 3 nights and wifi worked barely 1 day. They need to improve wifi.

Nice park, we stayed in the premier area and it was cement and grass. Big space, it was worth the $60.00.

My company called to book me for 3 months and I was rejected due to my RV being over ten years old. I guess trying to live small to pay off med school loans doesn't work unless you buy a rig that's more than you owe on your loans ?

Clean restrooms and showers, shaded sites, concrete or asphalt pads. Stayed extra night just because it was nice.

| Well run park with shady sites

Nice park. Great landscaping. Shady sites. Clean restrooms and showers. We really liked the bike trails in this area especially the Sacramento River rail trail which was very scenic and complete with tunnel. Many sightseeing areas and hiking trails in the area were closed due to the big fire a year ago.
