Apparently you may or may not have running water if you stay during the week. The city has major issues with its water system (pump/electrical), per the very nice lady who answered the phone numerous times as we checked on the status of the water each day. These are known issues as we found out by other "regular" campers that knew to fill their tank upon arrival. The city babysits the system to keep it pumping over the weekend so we had water for 3.5 days (under a Boil order over the Columbus Day weekend) out of the 8 days we stayed here. The city did supply bottled water the other days and the CG gave a voucher for a free days stay. However, the lack of communication on the part of the CG staff was frustrating. I don't want to air all my gripes about that. Just be aware.

Nice quiet campground. Plenty of shade trees. Nice level concrete pads. Sites are well spaced out. Lake beaches are just down the road. Also a DG and an ice cream shop. We will be back!

Beautiful campground, spaces are long and shaded. Plenty of space between sites. Full hookups, $12 with senior pass. Clean restrooms/showers. We stayed in Redmond East Campground

Nice wooded campground with lots of space, and some sites have FHU which is a little unusual for the Corps cg's. I love it! Visitor center at the dam with a number of kid friendly interactive things to learn from. Plus, it's only 12 bucks with the golden age pass!
