Fine for one night. Standard rate is 35$ rather than the advertised 20 though. Friendly host.

Tight, scary
By user-5863504... on 2017-10-23.
Pulled in with plans to stay per PA listing. Exited asap. Basically a long narrow parking lot on the edge of the fairgrounds next to a fence. Looks like a lot of the tenants have been there for months. Probably fine if you are at the fairgrounds for an event but not a good travelers stop for us.

Basically for full-timers very small sites

Reststop not Campground
By user-6703410... on 2017-10-23.
$33 a night for a 5th wheel on uneven gravel sites. Extra charge for using credit card. No view with a busy street running between the 2 rows of campers. So our kids were stuck in the camper because bicycling was against the rules. Across the road entrance is a firehouse. Campground host is very nice.

Good For long term parking
By user-5844531... on 2017-10-23.
I'm a travel nurse, this park is 1 mile from the hospital. Easy access to grocery store. Safeway and a Walgreen's. It is part of a fairground, lots of noise and activity in the summer and fall. We loved it!!!! Car races every weekend and the RV parks is right by the track. Bath house but that's it . NOT A DESTINATION RESORT. Felt safe and permanent residents nice. You are parking on the main drag to the horse stables, so traffic at all hours. Wifi is ok, not good for streaming videos. No cable. Stayed here for 10 months.

Ok for a night or two
By user-4573835... on 2018-05-17.
Stayed 2018-04-06 to 2018-04-08
Lots of old units seems to be permanent. FHUs in very small gravel/dirt lots (some at entrance are paved). Definitely no place to sit out to socialize. WiFi is pretty good. Relatively quiet. Felt safe. Best part is the camp host Deidra. She’s very friendly and provides get recommendations on what’s going on in the area complete with brochures on place to explore.
