I called 2 weeks before Memorial Weekend because I saw that a Kamping Kabin opened up,I specifically asked the lady on the phone if there were any steep hills/cliffs by the cabin. I explained we have a 1 year old and I did t want it to be dangerous for him. She assured me that it was nothing like that........ We arrived and there was a very steep hill just feet in back of the Cabin. It disappointed me that she was not more forthcoming with this information since I asked her specifically. Overall many things to do at the campground and bathrooms were in EXCELLENT condition. Then I called two days after we checked out to see if we left our chargers in the cabin. The lady who answered the phone was not very joyful and seemed like I was bothering her day by calling.
There is nothing level. The free cable TV is 40 stations of snow. It needs some TLC.
When we arrived we found that the site would not allow us to put out our handicap lift. Even though it was a Sunday and the office wasn't open yet I was able to contact Gene, the owner, and he came right out and fixed us up with a wonderful site that enabled us to get our lift out. I have never been so impressed with the service in a campground.
Very clean park, about 1-1/2 miles off interstate. Only complaint is cable is very snowy
Of all the KOA we have stayed at not a single one is more kid friendly and family oriented. From Friday night movies to Saturday night ice cream the owner and his family really go all out to make it a wonderful stay. I would recommend this site to anyone who has kids
Unlevel sites (not good for slides) cable snowy, a bit trashy looking. Paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. Very over priced.
Very clean bathrooms. Cable was great, WiFi not so much. Quiet. We were next to the little dog park which was nice as we have two dogs. Small pool. The campground was clean and well-run. They have a little gift shop/grocery and three meals a day you can purchase. Pizza and Wings delivery to your site.
Very nice campground and very kid friendly. Passed through and stayed. Watched a video on YouTube and seen that it was close to interstate.
