We boon docked at the beach in Corpus and needed a dump site.... this location has one as well as hookups.. didn’t pay a dime to empty my tank.
We are the only ones at this park! It is nothing fancy but it has hook ups and it is only 25 a night. It is right next to an outlet mall too. It is fourth of July weekend and it is still empty close enough to corpus Christi to hit the beach and use this spot as a base spot. People are super nice but they said to always call before arriving and check that they are open
