Reviews for Richfield KOA

| Good park, especially if you're into ATVs

By user-5515726... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-09-29 to 2016-10-01

This was a pretty nice stay. Lots of trees... which is either good or bad, depending on your perspective. Also, great for ATVs... if you have one. The WiFi was good, water pressure good and facilities were clean. I would have rated higher if it weren't for the mobile home park next to it. Our space was nearby and the folks living there were noisy. They were running their loud trucks most of the night. If you stay here, get towards the back... away from the mobile home park.

| Great option

We stayed here just one night but it was a very nice KOA. Our space was D1 and it was excellent. There was a pool, dog run, tents and rv's but the look and feel if the place was superior. We would stay here again if we were in the district

| Nice place

Nice place with lots of shade. Our spot was quite big and level. WiFi was superstrong. Restrooms clean and shower head for once at a height fit for 6 foot people. Paid 51. Tent spaces and a bad weather provision for them in the form of a shelter and picnic tables.

| Nice KOA Park-A Bit Pricey

By user-5921505... on 2017-10-23.

Located about 2 1/2 miles from I-70. This is a nice quiet park. I paid $48.68 for a 25 foot pull through spot. A bit much for Utah in my opinion. Water pressure and electric hookups were fine. Good pressure- sewer hole is small so make sure you have an adapter. Office: sign on door states the office is open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 pm on a Wednesday and the office was closed. The host's RV is located 30 feet to the right of the office but they didn't come out. Pool was closed while I was there. It's due to open mid to late May. Night registration was simple, however you don't get the wifi code. They issue that at registration and it only works on one computer or phone. Never used their wifi because I didn't have the code. Laundry: Washer is $1.75 and dryer is $1.25. Dryer heat is set kind of low so you may need an additional $1.25 for heavy items like jeans. This is a quiet park, away from traffic noise so I would definitely stay again if I pass by this way again . Register online before 4pm and they'll have an after hours envelope waiting for you. TIP: register online or call early. Cell service on I-70 is spotty through the mountains. Plan ahead!

Clean, grass, gravel pads, dog walk, good bathrooms, shade, quiet, good cable tv, ok wifi, etc Ignore the mini_golf photos as they are ripping it out for a 2nd dog walk.

| An oasis!

We spent two nights there in July, 2014. Very nice park! Great shower facilities, laundry, etc. lovely pool. Great location on Paiute ATV Trail. Sites are level gravel with very nice grass areas with picnic tables, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was lovely...large shady trees, good internet, not too far a walk to Walmart and other shops, helpful hosts, good clean pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

| Older Park

Park is located in town and close to all shopping. Pull-thru & back-ins are more than adequate. You are close to your neighbors. The park is shaded, so a dish will not work and their cable TV has very limited channels. They advertise wi-fi, but it is non-existant. You will need your own hot spot. Good overnight stop

We broke down in this town everyone here was willing to help, the owners of the Campground helped us with different things,Campground is clean well-kept They take pride in what they do here, the pool is really heated unlike the campgrounds that say they have a heated pool and what they really mean is heated by the sun, The staff was super friendly and willing to help in anyway, being broke down here was a blessing I would put this area and this campground on a list of must see and do I give a thank you to the staff and owners for their help

Awesome location, great people and really quiet. Even though it was just an overnight stop for us, we will be back for sure. Grounds are nice and everything is really clean and well kept!
