Reviews for Rincon Country West RV Resort

| Fantastic Park, except..

By user-5793055... on 2017-10-23.

I agree with all the positive reviews and would have given this 5 stars except for one thing; The Noise. This park is in the flight path of Tuscon Int'l Airport which operates from 5am to midnight. Would have spent the winter here but after a couple of weeks surrendered and found a different park. Great amenities and good starting point for daily adventures.

| Very nice park

This was a bit pricey at $62 with a Good Sam's discount. The park is huge with mostly permanent park models. The pull thru site was just long enough for our 38 ft motor home & toad. The spots were really nice with 4 spots around the perimeter of a grassy area with trees. It would be wonderful if traveling with others. The park is ONLY for self-contained units and it says 55+ only. Very pretty grounds and we would stay again.

| Great place to stop

Now we are in the wrong season so it is a ghost town. We stayed in a quad which was new to me but I loved it. Picture a square of grass and four trailers get a side. It was a great way to meet the neighbors. In season you probably would need a reservation. Lots of activities to do and a great sense of community.

| Well maintained

We spent 2 separate nights there. Indeed it was a little pricey at $62/night, but we had good wifi, a nice pool, laundry and recycling facilities.

Very clean park lot of things to do and very friendly people. A little pricey but it is definitely worth the money.

| What a Great Park, BUT

By anonymous-user on 2018-05-17.

Paved streets, palm trees everywhere, excellent facilities...BUT the place is noisy, noisy, noisy. Not just commercial jets every few minutes but real Air Force F-16's, in pairs! Some of the loudest stuff they have! And the dogs... The East side has bad neighbors and they all have dogs. They bark, they fight, they cry, they whine. And the Management says they can't do anything about it. And I could go on for pages about the Cable TV. The only ones who don't complain are the ones with satellite. Internet is weak at best. Basically, not enough bandwidth for number of users. And they use Tengo Internet service; well, no service, just excuses. And nobody is responsible! A little pricey too; I guess that they think that all people want is pavement and palm trees.

| Tucson Treat

Lovely park. Great amenities. Nice restrooms & showers. Large laundromat. Gated park with good security. We were there just at the end of their season with many snowbirds having left so we did not find the park noisy at all. Did not hear the barking dogs or low flying aircraft that others have commented on.

| Great park for activities for senior adults

Exceptional park in a great location for hiking and biking. Well maintained and many clubs. Busy park from January to March. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

| Very Large Park!

Over 1000 spaces. Very clean and well kept. Gravel with concrete pads for tow vehicle and another for picnic table. 80+% are park model manufactured homes. All very well kept. Great facilities. We ll stay again even though price is on the high side.
