| Great little spot

Cute wooded camp ground with clean facilities. Only draw back is street noise from the freeway but friendly & helpful staff!

| Horrible

They do not have 50 amp, on the phone I was told they did, arrived to find out that I couldn't plug my camper in or connect my sewer, staff was very rude and did not seem to care about the major inconvenience. And would not refund my payment

| Nice overnight site

We usually stop overnight at another place in the area but they were full with permanent & semi-permanent campers so I looked for someplace else. They have pull thrus with plenty of width & length for our 61' combined length and 4 slides. Water, 30 amp electric & cable. Dump station was convenient and bath house was great. Only issue I had was with the WiFi but didn't bother with it.

So far not impressed. I left a message earlier this afternoon about availability which was never returned. The address is not correct for the campground. We went on a goose chase and quite a bit out of our way to find it. The park itself isnt bad. They have canoes.

Good place for an overnight. They do have canoe and kayak trips so you may want to stay an extra night for that. No amenities except for bathrooms/showers.

| Average plus canoeing

On the plus side: it is a pretty location, on the Delaware River. Route 209 is a nice alternative to the Highway. The facilities are mostly clean but older. Their main business is a canoe rental service and it is ideal for that. The Town of Milford is 5 minutes south with many services. On the negative: road noises are loud. no WiFi except in the camp store or on the porch. Cable TV service doesn't work for most campers. Camp store isn't much. Bathroom hand dryer doesn't work. If those amenities don't matter to you, it is fine. Reasonably priced.

| Perfect Weekend

By user-5840336... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2018-08-16 to 2018-08-18

This place is perfect for a weekend or a getaway for a few days. The price is pretty affordable. The staff was friendly to me and my family while we stayed. We didn't do any of the river activities while we stayed only because the staff mentioned how rough the river was because of all the rain. We saw the brave people do it and it still looked like it was fun. The grounds was a little muddy but it rained a lot before we got there and it is the outdoors. We didn't experiance many mosquitoes like in other places we have been to. The bathrooms and bath houses was taken care of until the tour buses came and overwhelmed the person cleaning the facilities. We have a 30 foot camper and the sites was decent size, just don't pull in at night because it is very hard to see. I wish there was full hookup but then again if you are camping there for just a few days it is just fine. We enjoyed ourselves at River Beach and we are looking forward to going back again and doing some of the activities they have to offer.
