Will definitely be back. Well kept camp ground.
Nice park on Lake Lanier. Most sites are 30 amps but there are a few 50 amp sites. No sewer, cable (but antenna reception is very good) or wi-if. However if you like to see lots of deer, watch the sunset over the lake and enjoy a good campfire this is your place. The roads are narrow and some turns would be tight for RV's over 35 feet. Grocery store and QT(with diesel) are nearby. Check in & out is 1pm, except on Sunday when they allow 4 pm check out.
Really beautiful park. Every single site has an amazing view of the water. Level, paved sites with fire rings, grills, and each site has its own rubbish bin. Massive lake so if you have a boat, kayak, etc. this is the place for you. Some sites are even quite secluded and private. Multiple playgrounds throughout the park and a swimming beach. Lots of deer. Negative is the bathrooms. Some sites are quite far from them and the showers you have to hold the tap on which is annoying when trying to shower with small kids. Also, I wish there were canoe, kayak, or boat rentals. Site 19 seems great for a family. Private, and close to a playground and bath house. We were at site 40 which was near the beach. We all had a blast when we didn't even intend to come to this park in the first place, found it by accident!
