If you don't mind traffic noise, (this park is under overpasses) it really quite nice. You are right on the water and close to everything if you need to get something you forgot. I will stay again when I am in the area. The price was affordable with passport discount.
I stayed almost a month with my family & loved it. Amazing staff and beautiful scenery right on the Guadalupe River. not very many amenities but the pros made up for the cons. The staff was very helpful and very friendly when we had to evacuate. Became friends with everyone in the park. Very clean spots & easy walking to stores. the bathrooms also were very clean and had AC. I will definitely be retiring to this park in the future.
People are rude, a little over priced
We stay for three nights in joy the river was very clean very friendly people it is a place to stay if you're traveling great for kayaking I will be back very close to the waterpark I have two kids and we had fun here
