We have stayed there two summers in a row visiting family in the area. Park is a quaint little park with paved driveways ,lots of trees for shade and many sites a Ing the Mississippi itself . There is a little store on site. It has a nice little playground and a volleyball court. .no cable or wifi but the serenity of the park makes up for that. It is very continently located close to Monticello with many shopping avenues. Has a farmers market in the summer. Many different eating places also. The management is very helpful in getting you set up with anything you need. Garbage is put out to the curb daily and picked up several times aday . We will return next summer!!!!!
This place is among the worst I ve ever seen. Feels unsafe and unwelcoming. Trashy, no one in the office, so we left.
