| This is a mobile home park, not a campsite..
Stayed here two nights while driving through NV. Quiet, clean and easily accessible to downtown Reno (literally walking distance if your not a lazy butt). This is a mobilehome/rv park...not a campsite. All permanent residents, with a few spaces for short stayers. Very accommodating for us, we don't ask for much. Dog friendly, clean laundry room and restrooms. Not a very social place, but somewhere to stay on your way to somewhere better.....camping wise...if you want somewhere long term, perfect.

| New owners
Stayed there for 3 weeks in June. The new owners were very accommodating to my needs. Clean restrooms and grounds with lots of shade trees. Great location near the Truckee River and downtown Reno. Dog friendly.
