If you just need a place to park your rv, this can be a good option, but the shower is coin shower and does not have good pressure. Shower amenities are pretty bad

Campground was mixed into full time year round campers. Very spread out site but very dirty. We had a kids camp just outside our site which had screaming kids playing activities from sun up till well after sun down. Lots of trains throughout the area as well. Tent sites along the river allowed for multiple tents per site. We did not feel as safe as we would have wanted to in the park. Our site for a 44 ft Rv was not very level or easy to back into.

| Awesome site!! Favorite place so far.

Great place to stay for a night or a season. Pull through or back in. Trees, new bathrooms (pay showers) new laundry. Clean and nice. Great staff. Cheap lp gas. Private park on dead end. Trains close but one trip to the river and who cares. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to go return rental in Evert. Hopefully we can return some day.

Lots of people who live in this campgrounds! Security at front gate...hmmm? It's off the beaten path and the river in the back is nice. We didn't fish but observed. Laundry is good but park is mainly dirt so you will drag dirt into your camper, just FYI. Grass seemed really dry so that came in too. Heard trains a lot. Honestly, I wouldn't go back and we traveled from MI to WA and back and it wasn't the best, just sayin! Staff was friendly.

| Great for families!

We needed a place for a couple nights in our 24 RV while visiting the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge outside Olympia. We first went to washington land yacht harbor... this is a large sloped gravel parking lot. No showers. No Trees. Just a parking lot with pedestals. Easy to maneuver. We left and came to River Bend Campground. Friendly staff. Gate code entry. Hot showers and restrooms. Several signs on the way in to help you navigate. There are a lot of full time residents here but the A-section where we stayed appears to be dedicated to short term camping. The park was quiet for the two weekend nights we stayed. The site was level and did not require leveling at all. No sewer hook up but they provide a dump station. The shower is large enough for handicapped. The shower is coin operated and you are charged .25 cents a minute. Hot water. Clean. I would recommend this park!
