Reviews for Riverland Resorts

| Two nights too long

This was a stop so we could go see the Sequoias. I will never stay again. No trees, long time residents, camp sights were way toooooo close. The long timer next to us decided to put out his awning, and it hit the side of our slide out. The stench from the next door horse farm kept us inside except to get in our car and drive to the Sequoias. The internet was SLOW!!! I'm not sure how this was given 5 stars!!!!

| Kid friendly

It's a nice little spot on the Kings river. The river is only a few feet deep for 20 to 30 feet out which is great for playing with the kids or tossing a football or Frisbee. A sandy beach makes a good seating area to watch the kids and the occasional jet ski or water skier. There's a fishing Lake on the property too but due to the drought it's dry right now. All around great experience.

Very nice park and excellent staff. They were so kind and willing to work with us. We were able to get mail sent to the park and they made room for us to stay longer bc of work and very understanding, helpful and kind. Nice pond to walk around and river on other side. Kid friendly park, pool, volleyball, basketball court. Town is close but park sits outside of town which is nice. Will definitely stay here again! Spots are a little narrow but plenty long.

| House is home

Where ever we go our house is our home. After that we must rate the park we stay in. We pulled in for one night in transit. Pulling up to the registration booth after hours is very friendly. Directions and forms to fill out after dark and leaving before the office opens is easy to do. One nighters stay in sites behind the office with elec and water. We pulled in at 6:30 and after set up looked over the parking lot and saw they had a Smokehouse Grill restaurant. Not wanting to prepare anything we went in. It is a large space with lots of neon signs and TVs. The piped in music was way too loud but the waitress (Haylie) turned it down. It took 40 min. to get our meal and we opted for take out which was happily provided. As far as the parking space it is NOT level, is a grass area, and amenities were in working order. We would recommend this spot for transient stay. Exit 109 on Hwy 99 go to the end of the road.
