This is our to go park as we head north to Okla. We did have a glitch with our charges, but after many emails the owners honored the online price that was given to me. I like the ease of the pull in and out and being at the city park is very nice. Only things I would suggest is mow the grass once a week and clean not leave the long grass clippings. Might want to provide a picnic table. This is a lovely small and owners are very nice and friendly. I recommend this park and will stay again!
The one-star review from one of our campers regarding the park manager who got "drunk and loud" with fellow RV'ers is true with a few exceptions. The park manager, by the way, is the park owner and he should have known better. He enjoyed a few cocktails with friends in the park, got tipsy, but wouldn't say drunk, and, subsequently, made a serious error in judgment hosting a party that was too loud, too late and in direct violation of our park rules. The event was a valuable lesson to park management and one that will not be repeated or tolerated in the park - ever! We apologize for the inconvenience.
Nice pull through, no hassle check in. Accepted Escapee discount. The only thing was the grass clippings was thick and made it difficult for our small dogs to do their business and not make a mess going into our RV. I would recommend this park.
I've stayed at Riverside Park RV on several occasions this spring. The riverside setting is beautiful with large trees and green grass. There is abundant opportunity to relax and enjoy birding or fishing. The facilities are really first class with large clean bathrooms, showers with plenty of hot water, and a nice laundry area. Both the owner and the manager are friendly and helpful. This park is located next to a wonderful city park and across the street from a very challenging Disc Golf course. There is something for everyone! Enjoy!
Everything was nice earlier in the evening until the person who manages the park joined in with our neighbors and got drunk and loud into the late hours. We asked them to quieten down but they were already too drunk to settle down. Will not be coming back.
