As the other reviewer says, tight quarters, it is correct. The park is also near train tracks so you will hear that throughout the night. Bathrooms are very old and have 1970's fixtures and style. WiFi works but not fast, I get two bars signal near the office. Numbers are very hard to see at night when trying to find your spot.

A little pricey for the location. River access through a fence in the back was nice. Bathroom/showers hours are a little restrictive (close at 9pm). Great wifi. No trees. Los of full timers here who are working around the community.

The actual price per night is $43.60. Way too much when one has to actually pay for internet, no pool...waa was wahh

| flying the coockoos nest

I went into the office one day and the gal running the front desk was smoking and told me go ahead and grab my packages. So I did. The next day I ran into (the manager I think) She looked a little busy, so I figured I'd be kind and help her out. So you want me to go grab my packages behind the counter? She screams NOOOOOOOOOO! I was taken aback by how rude she was. Next day I'm getting more packages. Gal says it's a little heavy. I jestingly state hehe you can use that on the manager. Manager puts a stop to my propane. Won't allow me to get propane now. I receive a letter giving me 30 days or I will be evicted stating the reason was using heavy package on the manager. It was clearly in jest. You have got to be kidding me. Apparently a pion that works here is trying to earn brownie points by making a mountain out of a molehill. Now I have to buy a truck which cost me $14000 and interest. My packages are relied on for my business. Now she's sending all my packages back. I can't work without inventory. This gal is something else. She reminds me of the vindictive nurse Ratchet in the "One who flew the coockoos nest." With tattoos and that same blank stare. I get the impression life has made her jaded. It's ironic I was given 30 days for literally trying to be kind. If you use the rest rooms, you may run into homeless people. They live under the bridge close by. I was underneath my rv connecting propane to my grill and heard the previous neighbor talking about scoring some meth. The park is a bit seedy imo and some of the rvs are right on top of each other. See by the dumpster. Basically its a patchwork of asphalt and a big parking lot. The traffic is right next to you. Bring earplugs. Also the trains come through in early mornings. Also it floods here. Bring a life preserver. I was going to just leave and drop the matter till the manager slammed the phone down on me like a petulant child. I thought it was a mistake so I called back and she slammed the phone down again. I'm going to legally pursue over lost income, having to buy a truck and the pain and suffering this gal has caused. I will make sure everyone knows about this on every site You can't treat people like this. I'm also filing with the BBB and the attorney general. Something needs to be done with these people

| Friendly helpful staff

My husband and I intended to stay at the park for a couple of weeks, and due to unforeseen events we have been at the park two months. The manager, Sara, has been extremely helpful to us, from the time we called to reserve a spot, to accommodating our need to extend our stay, to recommending awesome spots to dine, shop, walk and explore the nearby area. Everyone on the staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. The park has access to the Molalla River, and is a couple short blocks away from the Tour Canby bike trail. The rec room has some gym equipment, a kitchen, and a small library to share books. The wifi is very good, especially when in the rec room. We will definitely be back. The only drawbacks in our book are that some of the sites are very close to one another, and there is noise from the road and nearby train tracks.

Only stayed here after not being able to find anything else. Price was $43.60 per night. So tight your door when open almost touches your neighbors rig. Slideouts almost trailer to trailer. Nice staff.
