We stumbled on this park and glad we did, nothing in this area is comparable. The park is very well maintained and sites are level and curbed with concrete, some have patios with table, all sites are pull-thru with plenty of room to get in and out. The clubhouse is equipped with full featured kitchen, lots of room for gatherings and rallies. Nice workout room, very clean showers, and laundry is clean. The park fronts on the Llano River and the water is really clear, cool. If you come to this area this is the park to stay, as it in the center of all area attractions.
We loved this park! Right on river and close to town. Staff was welcoming and super helpful!! We look forward to staying there again soon!
A gem in the rough. This park is extremely clean. They provide bathrooms, showers, laundry, kitchen, and a library. There are walking trails and of course the river is just a short walk. If you have dogs, be aware of stickers if you get off trail. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable of the local area. All around great find.
Super place and quiet. We were lucky to get a river view. Bathroom/shower/clubhouse is very clean. Pleasant surprise find on our road trip. Free cable and WIFI. Friendly management. Two thumbs and one paw up (our dog loved it too).
Do not be mislead by these pictures especially the first photo shopped one. There are now four rows of sites and we were assigned a site in the third row back with a tiny sliver of view of the river. Sites themselves were ok and utilities well placed. Grass mostly weeds. Walking path just along the river behind the park, does not extend any further. Very nice clubhouse and I am sure has a lot of activities for those staying long term. Some kind of construction work going on during the day across the river but quiet at night. Clean and well maintained but not necessarily scenic.
