Looked run down from street. Not inviting. We decided not to even check it out further and try some place else.
My husband and I made a reservation to stay here for a month since we were going to be working in Vegas. Despite the reviews I went forward because of the good price point only to have the nightmare blow up in my face. After checking in late last night we woke up to a call this morning being told that we were being refunded and asked to leave that our RV was too old. This was confusing to me is seeing as we walked around the park and other what seemed to be permanent residents some in older rigs some living out of Vans with awnings seemed quite set up here. The front office woman, tried to defend the bogus reasoning sayinit was a county issue then eventually blurting out it was a private property and they basically can turn away who they want, it was about them being grandfathered in and my renovated 1975 Coachmen classic not being acceptable. She proceeded to try and reprimand us as if I had done something wrong and saying that we would have been turned away if we had come to the office. I then asked what was the point of a reservation system seeing as we traveled in from California and had a conversation discussing the Age already. What she truly didn't have the backbone to say was that the senior community of permanent residence here was not pleased with our colorful Follow the Sunshine mural work on the rig. Should have gone with my gut this place was not inviting a dangerous area and definitely not the fun-loving kind of place you want to stay in Vegas. These people are only trying to make the Riviera mobile home park next door bigger by calling this an RV park but it is not for True Travellers.
85% of people staying there are permanent residents. Very old unsightly RV vehicles. Individuals staying there do not follow the rules. Many extended stay people concerned about the people being allowed to stay there.Unchained large dogs and cats roam the area. Shower area available and it is kept clean.Internet fast but slows down.Would not stay there again.
