It seems a new owner bought this park and put the rate to $40. They have redone 1 strop of pads, but bathrooms have no heat and are crappy, and no cable tv, WiFi not working. Fix the place up before you raise rates.
Cites are well maintained gravel raked constantly. No frills but a clean park for a few days or so while visiting El Paso.
We'll, we've been here 5 minutes and already the excuses begin. "Oh, the wifi doesn't always work well"
Good overnight stop. Came late with no reservation and were promptly and courteously served. Used laundry but didn't see washrooms. Park is clean and well kept. Not for green grass and nature lovers though. WiFi works fine. Would return. Paid $40. For one night.
We re traveling to Austin from California and we decided to stop here. The office staff was wonderful and accommodating. The gravel sites were maintained and there was a small grass area for our senior lab. Kudos to the small RV parks for customer service and a welcoming staff! Fondly, Nick, Lisa and Millie
The folks at checkin were very friendly! The park itself is nothing to be excited about though. The spots are very close to one another. You can pretty much open your front door and touch the rig next to you. We did not use any amenities so no idea what they were like. We had planned to stay a second night because my husband wanted to take a day off from driving but we got up and out of there as quickly as possible. It was $40. Not worth the money! There must be nicer places to stay!
Location is excellent if you re just passing through. Paved roads and flat gravel lots. No privacy. Nothing separating on site from another. No where for kids to play and dogs to pee. We don t have a dog along but that s what a few dog owners said to us. Facilities are clean. Staff are super! Office has RV parts and accessories, which is handy! We arrived late, and didn t get a wifi code so I can t comment on the service.
Park seems clean, has daily or weekly rates with a discount for cash/check. WiFi is hit or miss, spots are very close together but the staff was friendly and the park is well maintained. Quiet at night despite its proximity to I-10. We stayed 2 weeks visiting family and had no problems. Cable TV would be a nice upgrade, local stations are not great.
