Clean laundry on site. River trail on west side of park, it was OK. Well maintained park. Served as home base while visiting family in Port, OR

We made reservations about a month before our arrival, and when we showed up our check-in was very smooth and efficient. We were "down" by the river and it was a good spot with easy access to walk our dog. Bathrooms were clean and the Internet functioned well. The location provided easy access to an event we attended on the south side of Portland. We stayed here in our motorhome and will stay again if in the area.

| Average and tight

The facility is clean and the location was convenient but for a class A RV it was too tight. It's an older park which was not really designed to make a class A RV (38ft) comfortable. We were right on top our neighbors. It was nice that they took larger dogs given the other park near by has a weight limit on dogs.

The RV park is very clean but the rules apply to some people and not to others we wanted to stay for a month but our 5th wheel was to old 1999. Our 5th wheel is in excellent condition inside and out has been all redone anyway will not be staying here again even though we have bought a new 5th wheel. There are a lot of really nice places that are not so far away.

| Really nice place, close to town, great staff.

Would have given it 5 stars, but internet was weak and almost useless at our spot. Otherwise, very convenient location, nicely set up park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were originally booked for 11 days, but added another 9 days so we could continue seeing the sights and visiting the surrounding areas. Would come back, and would really like to stay for a couple of months, if they were not booked solid.

| Nice place in the city

This place is clean and friendly. It can be kind of complicated to drive back and forth to, depending on where you are visiting in the Portland area, but the sites are easy to get in and out of once you get there. Dog friendly and quiet.

| One of the best

The owner, Denise, stayed late until I arrived and was most accommodating concerning my uncertain schedule. The place is immaculate and in excellent repair. The residents are very friendly.

Friendly helpful staff. Waste drains are not threaded and need foam seal which doesn't fit well. Wifi is slow at best and none functional most of the time. Overall quiet and clean with coin operated laundry.

This one will be easy. This is a nice park almost in the city. The staff was very pleasant and accomadating to our needs. The grounds and bathroom facilities are neat and tidy. Your location to the city of Portland and the surrounding suburbs can't be beat. Yes, it's pricey but again you are in the city. I would have been a little happier if it was 10 dollars cheaper but you are paying for location and it's still cheaper than a hotel. Now for my only negative. THE SITES ARE TIGHT AND I MEAN TIGHT. We couldn't open our awning because the unit next to us was almost in our kitchen. I could have watched his TV. I wish they would eliminate some sites and make the remaining a little bigger and this would solve the problem, but losing the sites would be at a cost of less revenue. Sometimes the bottom line isn't the best option. They have a GREAT location and this place should be here for a long time but a little improvement make for a better experience.

| Nice but tight spots

By user-5900266... on 2018-07-06. Stayed 2018-06-01 to 2018-06-04

Very nice park close to Portland. Staff was awesome in accommodating our needs for a 40' Class A. Took off one star for size of spaces, they are tight. BUT, grounds are very well kept, fellow campers were friendly, safe and on concrete pads. Would stay here again.

Nice shower and laundry facilities. Getting in and out of park may require a U turn . Booked May 4th and was quoted $46.78/night but was charged $51.19/night at Checkin. Explination was rate change May 1st. I booked May 4th? Next explination was the reservation says rates subject to change and would not honor confirmed rate provided10 days earlier on my confirmatio email. Pull through is tight and very short. Taking all the space I have to park my 37 foot 5th and duel cab short bed truck.

| Pretty setting.

By user-5978019... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-06-24 to 2021-06-27

The park was surrounded by trees and a small river. The people were friendly but very limited to none on internet. A pretty steep hill climbing out of the park and traffic in the area was horrible. Only turning right is allowed coming out of the park which is a pain especially if your towing. Would find another park next time.
