West Virginia is a challenge as far as RV parks go and this was on exception. This is a small, very cramped RV Park with mostly long term. The park is sandwiched between a railroad track and the grass runway strip. Yes, you can hear the train it is literally right in front of the park. The sites are very close together. It had been raining for days so all the sites had inches of water and were very muddy. We had asked for a pull thru so we wouldn t have to unhook the toad. We were originally assigned site 2. There was no way we could get into it with a 45 MH and tow vehicle. We had to skirt the eaves of a building, make a quick left and then another quick left to get into site 2. We saw that site 4 was empty and called to see if we could use it. The answer was no someone else was assigned to that site. So we weaved back around the tiny, cramped park dodging (by inches at times) the multiple vehicles parked everywhere. In the pouring rain, we unhooked the car. During the process, we were approached by the owner. He sensed we were having problems, and he made a call and got us into site 4. Thank you! The WII FI did not work. They were supposed to bring us a receipt when we arrived but they never did. Other than the air park, there is no appeal to this park. It is definitely not a place suited for big rigs especially as they allow people to park their vehicles anywhere. We won t return.

The sites are close together and there are alot of perment sites . The wifi didnt work and no cable but alot of OTA channels and nice laundry area and close to town. The highlight of this place is the airpark and the Fly in Cafe on site...was incrediable to watch skydivers out the window and the food was topnotch...my husband recommends the ribeye he had it 2 nights in a row. It's not a resort but they are making alot if improvements. We stayed in site#7 and will definitely be back!!

Upon arrival we had to cross a railroad track to get into park!!! Very disappointed and noisy. I never saw the Ohio River but did hear some river traffic

I was a little worried coming here because of the reviews but it s really nice. Love the surrounding green grass. Our spot was easy to get to and pull into. Water pressure is good. WiFi is good once connected. When we turned onto the road we thought we missed something because GPS said we had arrived but we hadn t. We weren t sure if we were supposed to keep going straight or turn where it said we had arrived. We just needed to keep going straight over the railroad tracks (which didn t bother us to do). After setup, we walked down to the Ohio River. Glad we did. It s very pretty. This park looks safe and feels safe. We heard the train around 8pm which also didn t bother us. That was the only noise otherwise it s a very quite park. In my opinion, the power box was facing the wrong way so we got a little confused which spot was ours. So just FYI, the plug-in part of the electrical box faces away from the trailer. It wasn t muddy here at all. The spot we parked on is gravel and very level and next to us was green grass. We would stay here again.
