The parks is clean and safe. It is run by a really nice family with activities planned for high volume weekends and they are constantly working to improve the campground. I'm less than thrilled by some of the people who own permanent trailers near the pool. They usually drive pretty fast, are loud and sometimes intoxicated, and are not terribly friendly in my experience.
Few shaded areas and swampy. But during our visit had one foul mouthed neighbor and another girl being abused in her car screaming all while church services are being held in the background. They need security.
Not a bad park. Very busy and restrooms need work. Wifi is really slow and mostly useless once the park gets busy. We were put in a "patio site" that the patio was literally the top of a septic tank.
Very nice campground. We had their spacious pull thru site #10 and camped in a 45ft class A towing a F-150 and did not have to disconnect. Would definitely go back again. Only inconvenience was you had to drive to a remote location to find the dumpster. There are some very dangerous RR Tracks with no signal lights you have to cross to get to the campground. There's an excellent Italian restaurant right next to the office you shouldn't overlook!
