This is not a RV Resort it is a Trailer Park. For being a new park it looks run down. People are allowed to keep large refrigerators outside. Roads are dirt and gravel and when it rains the roads turn into a mud mess and half of the sites are under water. Small pool with no hot tub. It is dirty all the time and no tables or chairs for lounging or shade to get out of the sun. Owners live on site and utilize the clubhouse so the paying rvers have no where to go. Don't complain about anything you will be met with defiance. Most sites have dead trees. Not enough washers and dryers or bathrooms to meet needs. Have stayed all over the US and this is by far the worst. Owners are young and if you are not kissing up to them they have it out for you. Beware...Go elsewhere.
At all the other Rv parks we have stayed at over the months this is the one we have been least happy with. First of all there is no dog park and the wifi is not that great. Also we came in on the 11th and paid for a month and on the 1st they wanted to charge us for another month when we had not even been there for a month. Then the owner said we didnt have to pay anything as long as we were gone by the 11th. So at checkout the other lady that helps in the office charged us the daily rate when we were told we would not be charged as long as we were gone on the 11th. Except for being screwed on money the park was not that bad it has a nice pool and a nice laundry room with a quarter machine. But if your not coming in from the 1st to the 1st i would not recommend this place.
Great park, great owners!!! Owners live on site and are available 24/7 along with there amazing maintenance Staff. pool is kept up very well, daily in fact! Dog park is back in the trees with plenty of shade on hot sunny days. Very large pond, great for fishing. Club house open 24/7 with work our room, full kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms with over size walk in showers! I can t say enough good thing about our stay.
Great place to stay. Owners are Friendly and enforce necessary rules to keep the park safe and clean. my wife and I are full time RVers and really enjoy it.
We are full time Rvers we have been here for over a year and love the place they have a nice clubhouse where we can cook play games or just hang out and watch TV. Nice size bathrooms with big clean showers. Nice pool and nice hot tub. They have a dog park with lots or trees in the back. And bring your fishing pole and catch some fish in the big pond.
This was a very nice RV park. They have a lot of amenities for the money. Included in amenities are laundry room, club house, fitness room, pool with hot tub, playground area for kids, dog park, back in or pull thru sites, very small convenience store in office (snacks and drinks) and many nice guests in the park. This park is very well kept and I was surprised at how quickly the sites and roadways dry after heavy rains. The staff was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely visit this park again in the future.
