Good Sams rating is accurate. I would rate straight 10's. Owners were very friendly. Restrooms were the the cleanest we have been in. Park is geared to 50 and older but does allow kids. Clean small children playground. It does have extended stay RV'ers but you would know it by the looks of it. Everything is neat and clean.
This is one of our favorite I-81 campgrounds and hubby will drive an hour longer, stop an hour earlier just to stay here whenever we are traveling along I-81. Sites are terraced into the side of a hill, quite level, mostly pull thrus, shady with nice views, and pads of paved or packed clean gravel with a concrete or wood patios. There is a sauna but no swimming pool. Great Wi-Fi and cable television. Hosts are great, lead you to your site and help you get out onto Pearl Lane again in the morning by walking out into the road and stopping traffic if he thinks you might need it. (We didn’t but he did it anyway ! ) This is an adult-only campground so if you have children in tow, best continue to the KOA less than a mile down the road.
Each time we are in this area this is our campground of choice. We particularly like the "adult" aspect; quiet with excellent owners. We always try to get on a pull through site. Wi fi and cable are good and the campground is fairly small and quaint with pretty landscaping throughout. Job well done Rocky Top!
I totally agree with other reviewrs. This was a very nice campground. Good WIFI and cable. Clean and friendly. Would stay here again.
Quiet. Impeccably clean. Very well maintained. Friendly couple will help in any way just perfect. Oh yeah and theres only 35 spots!
Beautiful park with lots of trees but enough room to pull in and out. All hook ups work fine. Good Wi-Fi and cable. Nice dog park for our special guy. $40.80 a night. Easy to get to, we will stay again.
Very clean and well maintained adult style campground. Easy in and out with full hookups that are accessible by all size rigs. Washers, dryers, showers, sauna and pavilion all well maintained, includes free wifi and cable at a great weekly rate. Lots to see and do in the local area. We stayed here in a 43' motorhome.
Beautiful campground. Although it is located in the mountains, the sites are nicely terraced and level, easy to get into and have beautiful trees. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again while driving through on I-81.
We stayed three days in early November 2015 - $37 a night for full hookup (30 amp). Park is quiet and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Close to Bristol speedway and shopping. Definitely will visit again.
$30 to dump, additional $10 water. (Or $40 / night) So many times I have stopped to use a CGs dump and decided to stay for awhile. I guess they do not need to attract new business. They won't get mine.
Our first trip with 35’ Class A with Toad. Very nice lady at check-in. Gave us a very nice little gift bag and then great guy led us to a roomy pull through. Very convenient to I-81. Will stay there next time in area!

This is a small campground but very well cared for with pride of ownership showing. As we were leaving, we saw them get out a compactor to recompact some of the gravel sites keeping them level. This is a real help when you are only staying one night. My only complaint would be the huge hill on the way there and in the campground itself. Other than that, it was quite nice.
Really friendly, family owned campground! Lots of touches that make it very welcoming! Will definitely return!
