I am not a resort style RVer. If you are looking for a fancy resort, this isn't it. This place does have lots of shade trees, some full timers, clean, right off the road, little mini mart, gas station, and restaurant. Park wifi was free and 1 bar, Verizon was 3 bars of 4g. Would definitely recommend.
Shabby, overgrown grass, permanent derelict trailers, run down mini-mart. Not for us.
