We live in Mississippi, and recently stayed here. It is VERY quiet and serene. Most of the spots do not leave much room for a patio area outside your door, but this is because of the terrain. There is a water slide and a pool...but you have to pay...per person...per day. This amount is not listed on their website, but I think it was something like $11 a day for both. There are many marked trails and a watchtower that provides amazing views and photo opportunities. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place. Swimming with a beach or in the pool. Very well keep. Nice workers! Plus right off the interstate.

We stopped here for a one night stop. Good price and nice campground. The spot we took wasn't too level but it was long enough to accommodate the 30 foot trailer and truck without having to unhook. Will come back for longer stay next time.

Great campground. Bathhouses are really clean. Great place for taking the family.

Smaller lake but interesting trails and nice spaces. Respectful personnel. Reasonable rates.

This was an unexpected stopover but what a jewel! My site was just right for my 25 ft. Class C and I had a great view of the lake. The bathouse has two shower stalls on the men's side and the hot water takes its gool ole time warming up but it's good enough. The campground folks are super nice and helpful and if I am in the area, and the opportunity avails itself, I will be back.

This campground is beautiful with lots of shade and spots that backup right to the lake. There is a nice beach area to swim and pool with a water slide. Only drawbacks are the trash that is around on the ground here and there from irresponsible campers and you can hear the highway, but not loud enough to keep you awake

| Very nice State Park

I have stayed at this park several times and have been to many corporate meeting held there. Very popular during the summer. Our teardrop group has used this park for gatherings. Not sure about others that have left reviews. Showers and rest rooms have always been very clean. We had rangers coming by daily to empty trash cans. The camp sites are large and spread out nicely. There is a nice lake with a sand beach, swimming area, and small water slide. Clean, quiet, and safe place to camp!

Unreal, you would not believe what this place did for us! Just as we pulled in my 75 yr old mother had a fall! They were fantastic! She had to stay in the hospital in Jackson, we stayed in the camp ground!!! They took care of us!!! GOD BLESSED US WITH THIS PLACE!!!

What a lovely stopover! Full hookups on a paved site on the lake. Clean, quiet, full shade. Bathhouse was sparkling clean and very nice. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful park. Lots of shade trees, paved roads and friendly staff. The only problem we had it rained. The lake is right at your front door.
