Could be a nice RV park but needs work. Sign was faded and we missed it first time by. Got in construction traffic when we turned around. RV spaces are semi-level. Spaces are limited. Wi-fi was non-existent and cell service was spotty. Restaurant seemed nice enough, but the sign to keep the door closed so the cats couldn't get in was a turn off. Jeep week going on in Moab so we were glad to get a spot for the night.
