Friendly people. pulled in late on 4 of july weekend and got a 20 amp spot with water when every thing else in the aira was full. it was enough to run the a.c. Witch was all I needed.near by train was not a problem.
Have stayed here many times for Route 66 events over the years. Yes, some full time trailers like someone else said, but perfectly safe. They mostly work for the same businesses in the area owned by the family that also owns this campground. The hookups always work and the general store or auto place 100 feet away have anything you need food or hardware wise.
This was an easy and nice stop over for us. We needed to waste away a night in the high country before descending into the heat of Vegas. Clean little park with a few long timers. The town has that Radiator Springs type of feel and the General Store has hardware in case you need something.
