Very small park, 10 slots all well appointed with power, water sewer. Easy pull through access. Everything is beautiful, including the artwork and finish carpentry in the common areas.
Part of this is my fault, but they didn't help. First of all, they promised a follow up email with our site number. Never came. The directions are not clear, and they tell you to PULL into a tight parking lot in front of the office. Thankfully, we did not. We would have never gotten our 31' 5th wheel out of it. At check in, staff was not helpful and acted annoyed that we didn't "just go to the site." Then, it was difficult to get into our site, from the place we parked for check in. It ended up being an ugly angle. A staff person in a golf cart came up, blocked our movements in trying to park and his response, . . . "don't hit anything." No help, no recommendations, just blocked us with his golf cart and "don't hit anything." Once we arrived, my wife sees the email that the water is not potable. We were not prepared for that, so used our bottled drinking water for all things ingested, including water for the dogs/their food. We own our part of the disappointment, but their horrible attitude left a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be back.
