The best Resort we’ve ever visited!! Jimmy and Lisa are owners and hands on managers that make you seem like family once there. On a hill in Alto just North of Ruidoso at about 7400’ there are no bad spots. Each space overlooks valleys and views beautiful mountains with abundance of wildlife. They offered free “guest membership at Rainmaker Country Club just minutes down the road with nicest golf course and bar/restaurant that i’ve ever seen! As you drive up an incline leading to the gate, the gate swings open and you feel like your climbing to the sky with the tops of the mountains appearing as you start to level off - I’ve never witnessed a sensation as this and I felt it every time entering this resort. Jimmy and Lisa are actually die-hard Texans and this helps explain their southern hospitality that makes you feel a part of the Resort while your there. They allow Motorcoaches only which seems to add to the overall atmosphere. You certainly want to check this one out!!
