Fortunate to find open in off season. Limited hours, closed Sunday. All gravel, but level lots. Staff very accommodating. Lots of entertainment available during summer geared for adults. Construction workers here during off season. Over 30-40 miles south and west of Kansas City.
We have stayed here on multiple occasions. Sites are gravel, hookups work, showers good, wifi worked perfectly. 30 miles south of KC but is quiet and friendly. Diesel up at Louisburg at BP on Metcalf road.
The park is nice for a weekend getaway but not the best choice for extended stays unless you have family near or are working in the area. The roads & pads are gravel and level, full hookups are available and include an electrical connection for your cold weather water hose at the water connection. The Wi-Fi is horrible to the point of being useless. Overall a nice quiet place for a night.
We ere thankful we found this nice RV park, it was affordable, nice sized lots, clean and safe. The WiFi worked great, and the staff is friendly. We have enjoyed our extended stay, three months, and will stay here again if work brings us back to this area. It's set in he country so you can take long walks down quiet roads to the lake. Very peaceful, although it is not really close to anything.
Easy on and off of highway 69. Easy 30 minute drive into city. Sites gravel and level. All utilities work. WiFi and OTA good. Restrooms and showers clean.
