Friendly helpful staff, clean park including showers and laundry. This is an old KOA but is not currently. For the area price was appropriate. Pool clean. The only negative I can really say is the "pond" which is a run off. It is thick and green with a lot of trash in it. But it is not exclusive to the campground so they are not responsible for the upkeep.
Free WiFi but not dependable you will need a booster if your working. Adequate sites for the money but lots of noisy neighbors. Overall. Decent experience.
Just overnighted. Food truck on site if you don't want to cook. Good Verizon Cel and good over air TV. Pricey at $45.90.
Pricey for a dump, hook ups all work. More than 50 percent of the sites are long term residents in very old trailers. Not coming back.
Clean and nice. Not a KOA anymore. You can order breakfast and lunch through a local service that will bring it right to your RV. Kinda cool in my opinion. $46 for the night, ouch but not bad considering its Sacramento.
Pleasant but expensive.over $50 with no price break on a week.
OMG this is a awesome campground. this campground is not a KOA this Campground it is sac west campground every Saturday thay have a big water slide my kid loves the water slide. a good food cart open 8am to 1pm good food and a pool playground bicycle rentals game room and campsites. i will be back :]
Good location. Sites are tight If you have big slides. Our first site had no electric meter so we had to move. The pet area was big but the sanitation was not good. We stayed two nights and the 20 gallon poop container was full and never emptied in the three days we used the area. They are doing things to upgrade the park but the day to day maintenance needs attention.
We had a great time. Super clean and wifi was very stable for us. Highly recommended. Our dog enjoyed the agility obstacles in the pet area
This place is nasty. Rated a minus 0. Dirty, dirty unkept gravel, expensive ($61). 100 degrees in laundry with NO air conditioning. Save yourself the anxiety and go somewhere else. Shamefully a big dud.
We been making this our stop from So Cal to all points north. Started stopping here and spend several days at a time. Always very nice and helpful. Still planning to make this our stopping place as we continue to explore Northern California and beyond.
I am sure the full-timers who live here (many) love the location next to the freeway. I personally don't like the closeness of the spaces, the lose chickens (my dog doesn't either) or the old, worn bathrooms. Many other things I don't like including having to pay to park my tow vehicle 5 rows away because my space is just long enough for my 37 ft Class A (even though I requested at least 45 ft).
After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to stop here but, now I m glad I did. We received a friendly welcome at the office, got a nice Good Sam discount for the 2 days we are here, and those chickens the other reviewer complained about lay fresh eggs that the park gives to the campers. We were given 9 eggs when we necked in and I veonly seem the chickens once so they aren t talking over the park
I see some of these older reviews that are 2 or more years old..Don t worry about them..,we stayed here for two nights while on a cross California trip and I d say this place it pretty great..they do have chickens but they aren t on the loose at all and they give you free eggs from there chicks upon request at check inn..they also have a large DVD collection and the first rental is free! They have goats you can go and fed and pet ..all in id say this place is worrr the stop..the spots where nice mostly pull threw will all hook ups..for 65 a night I thought it was a great experience!!
