Huge park, great for overnight or extended stay. Quiet place and well maintained with lots of amenities. We stayed here for a couple of weeks while working at the nuclear plant down the street. Friendly staff

Stopped by here for the night on our way to Phoenix. Simple process to check in. Clean place and everything worked. What could you ask for.?.?. :) Carol from the front desk is great! Very nice lady. I will be back for sure.

Clean. No picnic tables. No wifi. The place is huge, but empty.

Lots of big rigs with spacious pull through sites. Palm trees all around, full service for $28.80 with Sams discount. Verison is excellent and pay wifi. However when the wind is right there is the smell of chicken feathers. It wasn't aweful for us but noticeable. We stayed two days.

This is a lovely, well kept park, but after dark...the smell of chicken poop from the nearby farm is intolerable. Our windows and vents had to be kept closed the entire time. Too bad for this nice park. We won't be back.

We decided to stay for a month after we found this place. A little far from Phoenix but very doable. The sunsets are beautiful from where we are parked. Large spaces, very clean and friendly and I love the cactus in some areas. They could add more though. There is a little smell every once in awhile at night from the chicken plant, but it's tolerable. We will definitely be back

Well kept park with spacious pull through sites. I’m also glad they have a small and large dog park area. Lots of palm trees and very affordable rates. I came in with a 43ft 5er and it was easy to navigate the roads. Verizon cell coverage is excellent and they have pay WiFi.

| Very nice.

We dropped in for a couple days to catch up on laundry and showers and dump/fill tanks between weeks of dry camping. Very pleasant stay. Ladies in the office where very accommodating. Will stop in again.

Stayed here from mid February through mid April 2018, with a 42 fifth wheel, and was in Space 142 (50 amp/FHU). Great park at an awesome price! We have yet to find what we believe to be a perfect park but in our opinions this park is nearly that for what we look for. In the two months that we snow birded here all the office personal, long term/temporary neighbors were very pleasant and even helpful, like park staff Dale. The sites are good size with plenty of space to park and to put out your awnings. Only once did we have a issue with water when they had a announced shutdown for a few hours to service a pipe, but no problem since RVs do have fresh water tanks. Other then that, we had no issues with our hookups. OTA reception was great for all the important network channels and then some. The park is well maintain, clean, wide chip seal roads mostly and gravel/sand sites with concrete patios on most. We felt secure even though it s located about two miles off I-10 and about 20 miles from Buckeye. There is a high fence and wall all the way around around the perimeter except the entrance which has monitored cameras and the park is well lit. Yes you may read other reviews that say things about the smell from the chicken egg farm or about the flies being bad. I can tell you this, this is the country and on a few evening occasions and maybe early mornings I did smell the chickens and to me (I m a country girl) it was acceptable. I would rather smell that then smog and other harmful pollutants. Now for the flies, again it s the country, they do exist here but I ve seen worst. Just keep the screens down, door closed and buy you a fly swatter. Great entrainment watching the flies pester the hack out of my two fur babies! The park does have most of the normal amenities like a swimming pool, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, laundry room, propane refill, dog parks, purified bottled water kiosk, community building, library, and many planned activities. If you like the piece and quiet of the Sonoran Desert and don t mind the occasional fly and relatively short drive to the store, this is a great place to stay. If you have a ATV, don t forget to bring it for some desert riding.

Just a couple of miles off I-10 @ Exit 94. Nice big clean, quiet park, not crowded during our visit. Stayed one night. Good pull thru site. Many flies around as soon as we opened the door of the truck. Large chicken farm nearby. Hookups functional but showing their age. Hookups toward back of rig so long stretch for water & sewer. WiFi good, No cable TV Quiet. $29 for one night. Stayed 12/22/18

Staff needs to be friendlier, catering to the long term. Flys are a problem. Would not stay again. And we only stayed one night. Electric worked and sight was level. But was not worth the $ 32.00 stay.

We were very surprised when we pulled in. Spots are wide and long and when we were there the daily sites were empty. Were warned about the flies and smell, but wile we were there it was not a problem. Nice pool heated to 84 degrees. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. For only 28 dollars we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. The El Dorado hot springs are 3 minutes away and definitely made our stay. Very rustic and enjoyable hot springs experience not to be missed.

So sorry to give a bad review. Park is pretty nice. Sites are large and level. Price is great at $380 per month for deluxe site during Feb. but here's the problem. Park is located in near proximity to a huge egg production facility which creates a horrible smell on some days plus there were enough flies that their swarming set off our neighbors motion detector alarm. Flies were unbelievable. Couldn't be outside at all plus spent most of the time indoors killing the critters. Feel so bad for the park. They have basically lost their business and they were there first. We met several people that came for a month but left after a few days. We stayed out our entire month as we were traveling with others, but sorry to say, we wont be returning. After reading other reviews to be fair about my review, maybe there are certain times that the fly situation is worse than others, and maybe we were there at a particularly bad time. One person said to buy a fly swatter it was the country. She couldn't have experienced the same thing we did.
