We reserved two sites, #10, and #11, over the Labor Day weekend. We tried to fit our 27' TT into site 10, but the fire ring was in the way (we would have walked out our door into the fire ring, or it would have been under our awning). Site 11 was marginally better, but it would be awesome to have moveable fire rings! Sites 10/11 were primarily dirt with some gravel / rocks. We enjoyed our stay - we pulled our boat right up behind our campsite and enjoyed that convenience. Beautiful view of Lake Hartwell. No mosquito issues but the yellow jackets were a constant nuisance whenever food or drinks were around. Sites were decently sized, so we didn't feel like we were right on top of our neighbor. The dump station / trash station is near loop 2/3, which seemed really far when we were dragging our secondary gray tank for a mid-trip dump. The pavilion area was very nice, and looked very pretty set up for a wedding this weekend. Ice but little other provisions for sale in the camp office. Bathrooms were clean at the beginning of the weekend, but pretty skeezy by the end of our stay. Overall for us and the friends we camped with, this was a good experience. The pros outweighed the cons, and we will be back!
