| Wonderful View of the City Across the Bay - Best Location in Victoria

I had discovered this RV park years ago, and came back to Victoria in October 2017. I located the park on RVParky, but it was not the same name. Turns out the original park was subdivided and part of it was being converted to condos. The remaining park has about 30 sites, all on the water. The higher priced sites faced Victoria across the bay and the view was killer. The brand new concrete slabs were level and clean. The staff was very pleasant and nice once I could get them on the phone. For several days I could not get anyone to answer. They do have wifi, but I found it spotty and often disconnected itself, then re-connected itself in a few seconds or minutes. You can walk into downtown Victoria in about 45 minutes, or take a bus from a stop about 10 minutes walk from the park. Or there is a water-shuttle that will take you across the bay. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was that it is still under final development and the bathhouse with showers had not been completed. They do have a bathroom trailer with very clean facilities, but no shower yet.

| Beautiful, new campground with an amazing view

The campground is a little bit hidden behind the port. It is a completely new renovated campground, so the Washrooms are excellent and there is a beautiful lounge with a kitchen inside. One big disadvantage, and why i can only give 3 stars, is that the water airplanes start and land just in front of the campground. Next to the water airplanes there are the helicopter which start and lands there. It makes a very very loud noise. 7 am they start flying, until 7pm. We wanted to stay longer here, but the noise was too annoying.

Beautifully kept small RV park, on slabs, excellent location, clean amenities, no wood burning fires allowed, noisy though with sea planes, luckily they never started flying before 8:00

Fantastisch site with concrete and spacious spots for our 32 foot RV. Showers and toilets big and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. For some it can be a little annoying with a landing/starting strip for water planes/helicopters a front this nice RV park.
