Most sites are on water with boat dock. Sites are tight, tho. Management very friendly and responsive. Stayed here to go shell hunting on Sanibel and Captiva.

Did a lot of research on RV Parks in the area. By far this was the most reasonable Park and GREAT location to EVERYTHING. The WiFi was also better than I expected . Would certainly stay here again. I thought this was the off season (after Labor Day) but there were still a lot of people in the area. The customer service here was by far superior in every way possible. Bonnie went above and beyond what was expected. Thank You

When we first started coming to San Carlos we loved it. Steady clientele and we looked forward to that every year. Then it changed hands and made some very nice improvements but the clientele changed and it's very crowded and now seems like a dog park with rv's. A lot of people there have 2 -3 dogs... Just too many when the whole park is filled with them. The new management company is not so personable. Wished the previous owners were still caring for it.

| Rude management

Come here for many years. Great improvements. Love Kevin and Dwight Miss spensor and Bonnie. New management needs to learn to talk to people. They sit around the pool, drink like fish and talk about customers and the parks business. Completely unprofessional. The lady is rude. Acts like she owns the park. This park will lose lots of money with management like this

Most of the sites are on the water so bring your boat. Easy access for Myers Beach via the Fort Myers beach trolley system. If you have kids jump on the trolley and take it to the beach, across from the public pool/waterpark. after swimming in the ocean take the kids across the street to the public pool it only cost a few bucks to get in. By the three-day trolley pass and you'll get your money out of it.

Very good customer service - some confusion over our site # and she upgraded us for no additional charge. Lovely site with canal behind and great view of water. This part was not crowded either. Quiet and friendly people.
