Neighboring site's vehicle just two feet from my slide out. Stepped out of my Rv into a mud hole. Overgrown tree at end of site prevents pulling through without the tree damaging my RV. Overnight site in the middle of a man-camp area, loud trucks and people. Oh yeah, did I mention $55 a night! Even at $20 a night this place wouldn't be worth it because of its crowded parking lot feel.
Gated because neighborhood is so bad. No picnic tables , no grills lots of tall grass and f ull timers with stuff. Looked out the front & saw muddy rivet looked out bedroom saw stack of tires bumpers and trash

This is NOT an RV park for travelers. It's FILLED with full time rough necks with big boy diesel pick ups. These are not RV people - just workers living in s bunch of 5th wheels. So sad because the facilities are so nice.
The Place is ok. The Restrooms are not useable for Wheelchairs.
